25 Fables that must be taught in order to believe in a Rapture prior to tribulation

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine;
but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables…2 Tim 4:3,4
Introduction: We are not called to interpret Scripture, but to rightly divide what is already written. In this
presentation, I reference every passage with Scripture to make it easy for you to be a good Berean… Acts 17:10-
12… and check it out for yourself. You need to ask yourself, does Scripture state what I present? You are
encouraged to study those, Scriptures. If am offering any interpretation… you are invited to call me on it. I
believe that you will find that the Scriptures actually states what I offer. To have a pure view we need to
eliminate all conjecture, assumption, opinion and deception. Of course, being a good Berean is a good habit
whenever someone presents Biblical ideas, no matter how trusted the speaker may be. Many doctrines today
wouldn’t exist without the qualifiers of opinion, conjecture, assumption and flat out lies. The fables that are
being confronted here are only offered through the mouths of teachers… somehow absent from the Word of
God. Concerning this topic, Jesus commands us to “take heed that no man deceive” us… Matt 24:4. Deception is
offered by having us look in a different direction than what the Word of God directly states. Be sure and read
Scripture, and let the Holy Spirit teach you in all things…. 2 John 2:20,27 If we repeat a lie, even though we may
think it is true… we in turn, become the liar. It is our job to study the Scriptures… 2 Tim 2:15, even if a teacher
cannot give answer for the hope that is in them either in season or out… 1 Peter 3:15.

25 Flat out lies that contradict Scripture that must be told in order to teach the rapture ideal:

1) Jesus taught that we are not appointed to tribulation…AKA…Christ is not a wife beater…
2) The rapture is in the Bible
3) Paul brought us a new mysterious rapture that Christ didn’t even know about
4) The rapture is imminent
5) Jesus taught the Olivet discourse to the Jews Only
6) Rev 4:1, when John is told “come up here”, that is a type and shadow of the rapture:
7) The ‘Restrainer’…the Church or Holy Spirit must be removed for the antichrist to come
8) The temple will be rebuilt
9) The Marriage Supper of the Lamb takes place in Heaven, therefore the rapture occurred prior.
10) We are not appointed to go through the wrath of the tribulation:
11) Rev 3:10 tells us that God will take us out before the tribulation
12) When the rapture occurs, everyone of God’s own is taken to heaven for 7 years
13) The Word of God clearly tells us that the rapture….
14) No man knows the day or the hour of the “rapture”:
15) We are to “comfort one another” with the idea that we do not have to go through the tribulation.
16) Daniel tells us about the rapture in Daniel 12
17) Joel 2 speaks of a futuristic tribulation
18) The time of Jacob’s Trouble is a 7-year tribulation
19) The antichrist stands in the 3rd temple

20) We get glorified bodies at the rapture
21) The ‘blessed hope” is the rapture
22) The last trumpet in 1 Cor 15:51,52, is not the last trumpet in Scripture
23) Jesus said He would come again and take us to heaven… John 14:1-3
24) Jesus told us to pray that we might get raptured out of the tribulation…. Luke 21:36
25) The 70th week of Daniel is a futuristic 7-year tribulation

What that Bible States:

1) The point the rapturists are attempting to make is suggesting that Christ will not beat up His bride before He comes
for her. Who wouldn’t agree that it’s wrong for a man abuse his wife? So, the idea of Christ being a “wife beater” by
allowing the Bride of Christ to suffer tribulation has a bold accusation. In their eyes that means the Bride must be
protected by taking her out of the tribulation. Afterall Christ isn’t returning for a beat-up bride…. Right? (See also
arguments 10 and 24, that is used in conjunction with this one.)
Christ is indeed coming back for a righteous and pure bride; however, Christ informs us in John 16:33, “I tell you this
that you may have peace, in this world you will suffer tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world”.
Somehow, my mind has a hard time finding the “peace” that Christ wanted to impart here. Nonetheless, God Himself
promises us tribulation. Paul tells us, “All those who live godly lives in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution”…2 Tim 3:12.
If you are not experiencing this… your “godly life” is in question. Jesus also gives us the parable of the sower… Mark
4:18. The ONLY characteristics of the stony soil believer is that they have no mindset for tribulation and persecution.
Christ states, “and when it comes, they will immediately stumble”. Only the fertile soil believers make it to Heaven. The
stony soil believers are in abundance today… they tell us that Christ paid it all… we don’t have to suffer anything. If you
live in a camp of individuals that encourage you to run from tribulation and persecution, you may want to study the
Words of Christ… Christ also tells us to “take up your cross daily, and follow me”…Luke 9:23… In fact, Christ made this a
matter of salvation in this passage. He states that if ANYONE wants to follow after Him, they must deny themselves and
do this. The cross is an implement of death… which He exemplified, and after the cross He tells us, “As the Father has
sent me, so send I you….” John 20:21. Paul also suffered greatly and told us, “Follow me as I follow Christ…” 1 Cor 11:1.
Indeed Psalm 91 has given the peace of protection from the time of David through today. Does that mean that Christ
didn’t understand Psalm 91, or know how to apply Psalm 91 to His life… and as a result, He ended up on the cross?
What an absurd idea… What about the rest of the early church that died a martyr’s death… or the persecuted church in
the world today? God indeed protects His own. This reasoning is totally ignored by those who offer the ‘wife-beater”
argument. The fact is that Christ promised us tribulation. Paul recognized the great tribulation that the Thessalonians
were going through in 2 Thess 1. They had known the Words of Christ who had told them that after tribulation, “look up
for your redemption drawth nigh…” Luke 21:28. It appears that the Thessalonians believed that the return of Christ was
imminent. Paul then penned the next chapter that warns us of false teachers who teach that “our gathering unto
Him…” is “at hand”, without the man of perdition being revealed first…. 2 Thess 2:1-3. In this passage Paul directly tells
us that “our gathering unto Him” cannot happen until the man of perdition is revealed… that destroys the doctrine of
imminence… that “a rapture can happen at any time”. Paul warns us in verse 2 that false teachers teach imminence.
2) First, we need to define ‘rapture”, after all, Scripture does use the term; There are various uses of the term currently
today, however, I refer to the rapture here as the term that separates itself from the “second coming” of Christ. This is
the original intent of the term. Some doctrines today go so far as to suggest 7 raptures or separate returns of Christ.

Jesus Peter and Paul, all warn us of deception concerning the topic of Eschatology (study of end times) … Matt 24:4, 2
Thess 2:2, 2 Peter 3:10-18. If Jesus tells us to “take heed that no man deceives you… (Matt 24:4)” about His return…vs.
3, then we can be certain that deception concerning this topic is an issue. If we are warned about deceit, we need to
know the tactics people use to deceive so that we can avoid deception and be obedient to Christ. The key tactic of
deceit is to draw the attention from where it should be and turn that focus to a different direction. Both magicians, as
well as a hypnotists, use this method to distract the focus of their audience from a select center of attention, and insert
what they want their audience to see. At this point, trickery can occur.
The two passages ,1 Cor 15:40-55, 1 Thess 4;13-18, are the main passages that rapturists use to suggest a rapture. In
these passages Paul directly calls the event “the resurrection of the dead”, (vs. 42) and tells us that he doesn’t want us
to be ignorant of what happens to the dead, (those who sleep in Christ), (vs, 13. The fabricated term “rapture” draws
attention and focuses on the living, whereas the term “resurrection of the dead” brings the focus to what happens to
the dead. Therefore, the term “rapture” is a distraction, created for the purpose of distraction… Its purpose is to draw
attention to the living, away from what Scripture states. Today, this word has now become a household term, whereas
what Scripture calls the event has become obscure.
Rev 20:4-6 informs us that the “FIRST” resurrection includes those who are martyred for not taking the Mark of the
Beast. So, from the time that John is given this heavenly encounter until the time of the martyrdom of those who
rejected the mark… a mass resurrection of the dead… such as a ‘rapture” event cannot occur. John eliminated that with
the term “FIRST”. There has been no mass resurrection since the Book was written nor will there be until after people
are martyred for not taking the mark.
If there were a rapture event, there is no reason for John to have not directly written about one in the Book of
Revelation. The Book of Revelation came after Paul’s letters to the churches. If it was a known event and revealed by
Paul as rapturists claim, why is it not directly mentioned in Revelation? …a book that was written after Paul. The
problem remains, the concept of a rapture in Revelation must be assumed by those who teach one. Unfortunately, the
rapturists only have speculation, assumption, conjecture, or the need to add or subtract from the book of Revelation to
present their view. John however, eliminated the rapturists view with Rev 20:4-6.
Peter informs us that Christ comes like a thief in the night when the heavens are destroyed with a great noise… 2 Peter
3:10-18. That destroys a return 7-years prior that would create a countdown to when the heavens would be
destroyed… a 7 -year countdown would eliminate the element of surprise of “like a thief in the night. Peter then
informs us that men twist what Paul states on this matter, as they do all of Scripture, and then he calls them “wicked”
and tells us not to fall from our own steadfastness… 2 Peter 3:10-18. Peter didn’t mention his own teaching or Christ’s or
John’s… just Paul’s. Indeed, there are eschatological views that come from twisting Paul’s teaching. The main one is
called the pretribulation rapture doctrine. The Word of God… through Peter, calls it “wicked”. The resurrection of the
dead occurs when the heavens are destroyed… Job 14;12. Jesus comes like a thief in the night when the heavens are
destroyed… 2 Peter 3;10, Matt 24:35,36, Mark 13:31,32. Paul calls the event “the resurrection of the dead”… 1 Cor
15;42-54, Which is what he didn’t’ want us ignorant about in 1 Thess 4:13-18. Those martyred for not taking the mark
are resurrected at the FIRST resurrection… Rev 20:4-6. If you study out what Scripture states about the resurrection of
the dead… It becomes obvious why the deception of a ‘rapture” was necessary so that the warnings of Christ, Peter and
Paul, could be brought to light…. Matt 24;4, 2 Peter 3:10-18, 2 Thess 2:2, 2 Tim 4:3,4.

3) The rapturists insist that Paul delivered to the “gentile church” the “rapture” event that even Christ didn’t know
about. They use 1 Cor 15:51,52 as their passage of reference, ” Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but

we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the
dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”. They now say that this “mystery” that Paul revealed is a
new separate event they now call a “rapture”. However, the preceding verses from verse 40 to 50 show that their
narrative is out of context. Paul directly calls the event “the resurrection of the dead”… vs 42. The mystery that Paul
revealed in verse 51, is how people are changed in a moment in the twinkling of an eye, at the event he directly called
“the resurrection of the dead’. This is not some new mysterious event suddenly revealed by Paul. Christ spoke of the
resurrection with Martha in John 11 concerning Lazarus… an event that will happen on the “last day”. Job, often
thought to be the oldest book of the Bible, declares that the resurrection of the dead occurs when the heavens are
destroyed…. Job 14:12 After the early church resurrections, the book of Revelation was penned, and John tells us in
Rev 20;4-6 that those martyred for not taking the mark of the beast are included in the FIRST resurrection.

4) The doctrine of imminence is the foundation of the rapture doctrine… that is to suggest that “Christ can return at
any moment” Paul addresses the great tribulation that the Thessalonians were experiencing in 2 Thess 1. They knew the
Words of Christ that told them that after the tribulation to “look up for your redemption draws nigh”… Luke 21. As a
result, Paul understood that they thought the return of Christ was imminent. 2 Thess 2:1-3. Here he warns us of false
teachers who teach that “our gathering unto Him…” is, “at hand”… (imminent) without the man of perdition first
revealed. When the man of perdition is REVEALED… hasn’t happened yet… At this time the world will know. Today we
only have speculation on who that man may be. Paul declares that “our gathering unto Him” cannot happen until this
man of lawlessness is revealed. Paul destroys the concept of an imminent return of Christ in this passage.

5) The Olivet Discourse is Matt. 24, Mark 13, Luke 21. Each account shows Christ answering the disciples 3-part
question recorded in Matt 24;3. Mark 13:37, the last verse of the Discourse, records Jesus stating, “What I say to you, I
say to all….” Therefore, the message is for everyone as Christ declared.
“Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately” about these events…Mark 13:3. The disciples included
Peter who was already called previously a “rock”, by Jesus, and told that on “this rock I will build my church”…. The
church was represented here. Paul states there is now neither Jew nor Greek for those who are in Christ Jesus, but that
we are “one new man”…. Eph 2:11-22, Gal. Each of the disciples given the Olivet Discourse were in Christ Jesus… They
were “one new man” … all ‘born again”. There was no representation here of the Jews outside of Christ that were
offered this discourse. Yet that is to whom the rapturists assign this passage. When Christ tells us that He comes after
the tribulation…Matt 24:29-31… this message is for everyone, as Christ declared in Mark 13:37.
The foundation of dispensationalism is the rejection of Christ…. separating Him out… so that a different message
(dispensation) can be dispersed. In this case the separation offered by the rapturists is to suggest that Christ taught the
Jews, whereas Paul taught the church”. If they can deceive individuals into believing that Christ was speaking to the
Jews in this passage, then they can exclaim that Christ was telling them about a different event than the “resurrection of
the dead” 1 Cor 15:42-54, 1 Thess 4:14.

6) Rapturists insist that the Book of Revelation offers a “rapture” event. They start by adding in a “rapture” at Rev 4:1.
Revelation tells us that those who ADD to the Book will have the plagues of the Book added unto them, and that those
who subtract from the Book will have their names subtracted from the book of life… Rev 22:18,19. This fact shows that
the rapturists are here for the duration. If you add to the book… the plagues of the book are added unto you… You

cannot have the plagues of the book added unto you, if you aren’t here. Somehow the fear of the Lord escapes them.
The rapturists tell us that the rapture is a “type and a shadow” of what is to come. However, what happens here in Rev
4:1,2 is the EXACT opposite of what happens at the Resurrection of the dead….1 Cor 15:42-54, 1 Thess 4:13-18. In Rev.
4:1,2, John leaves his physical body….to “come up here” to Heaven. We are told in verse 2 that “immediately he was in
the spirit”(1 Cor 15:44). This is similar to what happens to those who die… 2 Cor 5:8… to be absent from the physical
body is to be present with the Lord. However, at the resurrection of the dead… it’s the opposite is true… the dead
return with Christ… 1 Thess 4;14, get their physical bodies back resurrected from the dead… vs 16. So in Rev 4:1,2, John
left his physical body to enter the spiritual realm, but at the resurrection of the dead, they left the spiritual realm to re-
enter the physical Earth. John sheds his physical body in Rev 4:2, whereas the dead regain their physical/terrestrial
bodies… 1 Cor 15:40-55. “Death is swallowed up in victory.” No passage of Revelation offers a rapture event.
See also arguments 9, 11, and 24.

7) The restrainer is defined by Scripture as someone who restrains. The rapturists have a need to define who that is.
For all we know it could be one big angel… Scripture does not say. Depending on which rapturists you talk to, that
restraint has to be either the Holy Spirit or the church. That is so that they can suggest that the church is the restraint
that God raptures out of here…. Or the Holy Spirit. Either way…. Let’s look at Scripture.
2 Thess 2:1-12. In this passage Paul shows a sequence of events. He does so by using terms and phrases like, “that day
will not come” … vs 3, and “and then shall the wicked one be revealed” …vs 8. So, the sequence shows that the
‘restrainer” is removed first, “And when that restraint is taken out of the way…”vs 7, “and then shall the wicked be
revealed” …vs 8. That’s easy enough… everyone can agree so far. However, Paul describes the wicked one in verse 3,
and 4. In verse 3 we are told that the man of sin is revealed, before “our gathering unto Him” …. For it states that “that
day will not come, except there come a falling away first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition”. “That
day”, references verse 1, “the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto Him.”
The sequence of events shows: 1) The restrainer removed, 2) The lawless one revealed, and 3) Our gathering unto Him.
Paul not only shows that “our gathering unto Him” comes last, after the revealing of the wicked one, but that the
‘restrainer” cannot be the church, because one is removed before the other one is gathered…. With the revealing of the
wicked one in the intern. In this passage Paul eliminates the rapture idea.

8) No passage of Scripture suggests that a 3rd temple will be rebuilt by hands. Today, the place of God is the hearts and
bodies of men. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit…not built by
hands…Acts 7:48. To suggest that “the place of God” is again a building is to reject the Work that Christ obtained on the
Cross. Upon His death, the veil of the Holy of Holies was torn in two in the temple. This signified the end of a physical
building being the place of God. Rev 11 tells us that the temple is in heaven…vs 17… and John was in heaven when he
was told to measure it. The fact that he was told not to measure the court of the gentiles had nothing to do with the
location of the temple, but the fact that the gentiles would tread the Holy City for 42 months. At no time does this
passage state that the temple was on Earth… vs 17, but it does directly state that the temple is in Heaven.
If 1 John 2:27 tells us that the Holy Spirit teaches us in all things and we are not in need of a teacher, and someone else
declares themselves to be our teacher, and tells us to shut up and learn something. They have effectively put
themselves in the place of God and declared themselves to be god. Paul spoke of these teacher… 2 Tim 4;3,4. In a

similar manner, the man of perdition will indeed sit in the place of God declaring himself to be god….2 Thess 2:1. The
concept of a building needing to be the place of God in the future makes the work of the cross of no effect. Christ died
so that God could dwell in us… the vail was torn in two for that purpose.

9) Fifteen versions of Rev 19:7 show: NIV: “the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself
ready…”, Amplified, “the marriage of the Lamb has come [at last]”, Websters Bible Translation: the marriage of the
Lamb is come” KJV “the marriage of the Lamb is come”, ASV “for the marriage of the Lamb is come”, CPDV, “For
the marriage feast of the Lamb has arrived, NLT, “the time has come for the wedding feast of the Lamb”, Aramaic
Lamsa, “the time of the marriage feast of the Lamb has come”, NASB “the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His
bride has prepared herself.” ERV, “the marriage of the Lamb is come”, GNT “the time has come for the wedding of the
Lamb”, MNT, “marriage of the lamb is come”, WNT, “the marriage of the Lamb is come”, Geneva Bible 1587, “for the
marriage of that Lambe is come”, Darby Translation: “the marriage of the Lamb is come”
The NIV, states in Rev 19:7, “… For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.”
According to this version, the first part of this passage shows that; The wedding must have occurred in heaven… but
wait, there is a conflict here. The first part states that the Wedding has already come, and the 2 nd part states that the
“bride has made herself ready”…. not ‘wife had made…”… so we show two tenses, one is past tense, and what shows
preparation for the future… where the Bride has made herself ready for the event to occur. What is it? Past or future.
Next, we see in verse 9, “…Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!” Again, we see
preparation rather than completion… It doesn’t state that they “those who WERE” invited…. The verb tense shows the
event has yet to occur. The invitations go out prior to the event! The KJV, as well as many others, states in Rev 19:7, “for
the marriage of the Lamb is come.” “is” shows present tense. “Is” in KJV vs. “has” in NIV, different tenses. Some
versions indicate that the “time” has come. In these versions there is no conflict… they all show that the preparations
have been made. Not only does the NIV conflict with itself in this passage, but it also conflicts with what Jesus stated
about this event in Matt 22:2-14 (discussed in next paragraph). The Word of God does not conflict with itself…
Therefore, the conclusion must show what many versions of this Script show concerning this event, and that is that the
preparations are what has settled, and the time for the event has come. The sequence then shows Jesus comes with all
the dead in Christ and His armies in verse 11… to the sky/clouds, where 1 Thess 4:14-16 are fulfilled. After Christ meets
up with the rest of the bride, the feast can commence. This concept does not conflict with the rest of Scripture.
Matt 22:2-14 also shows the sequence for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Scripture collaborates and defines itself.
If the rapture and the second coming were two separate events as rapturists teach, and the 2nd coming was designed
for the Jews and tribulation saints, there are multiple unexplainable issues that arise with that presentation. The
rapturists suggestion shows that the 144k Jews or tribulation saints, cannot be the Bride. For if the wedding takes place
in Heaven prior to the Return of Christ, it eliminates the tribulation saints as part of the wedding party. I’ve had
dispensationalists explain to me that ‘the tribulation saints indeed are not the Bride but become eternal servants of the
Bride….’ That ideal would suggest it is better to miss the rapture and become a tribulation saint… for Christ stated,” if
you want to be greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven, you must become a servant of all.” It always amazes me how far
from Scripture one must travel to present a rapture ideal…. Once you start down the path of fabrication, the possibilities
become limitless. Matthew 22:6-9 shows that the tribulation saints are included in the wedding party. In this passage
Jesus describes the great whore that was invited, the one that was responsible for inviting others, but did not because of
their love for the world. God then sends armies to destroy them and their city. We see this parallel with the great city of
Babylon in Rev 14:8.17,18. Jesus shows that after the destruction of the great city, the invitations continued… That fact
eliminates the idea of a rapture prior to the destruction of Babylon. Rev 19:9 references these wedding invitations.

Let’s say for argument’s sake, that this passage in Rev 19 is a proof text for a rapture prior to tribulation as the
rapturists claim… There is a deeper problem: In order to have a ‘proof text”… you must FIRST have a FOUNDATION text
to prove. First, if you are going to offer a doctrine that states the opposite of Christ… Matt 24:29-31, let’s start with a
Scripture that states the opposite of Christ. We need Scripture that states a rapture prior to tribulation… and then we
can build from THAT foundation! THEN, and only then, can this passage of Rev 19 be used as SUPPORT.

10) Scripture defines Scripture. 2 Thess 5:9,10 tells us what we “are,” and what we “are not” appointed to…. we are
appointed to eternal salvation and eternally living with Him… as verse 10 informs. The wrath (Greek: orge) we are not
appointed to is also shown to be eternal in nature. Rev 14;10 defines this wrath as forever burning with fire and
brimstone. The wrath poured out in the judgments of Revelation is a different type of wrath… thumos…. often
translated as ‘anger”… having a temporal timestamp… God’s anger lasts for a night…Ps. 30:5 Some passages that use
orge: 1 Thess 1:10, 2 Thess 5:9,10, Matt 3:36, Rev 14:10. In Rev 6:16-18, MAN declares that God’s eternal wrath of
“orge” has come… and this passage points out that this is a declaration of man. This is the only passage of Scripture
that would apply God’s eternal wrath (orge) to a timeframe and not show an eternal nature. Man makes this statement
all the time, “life is a living hell…” The experience in Rev 6:16,17, describes the time when both great and small will be
holding out in caves. The last trumpet judgement also shows “orge” as a time people are judged to Hell… for God judges
everyone according to their works… Rev. 11:15-18. Matt 16:29, 2 Tim 4:1, Rev 22:12. As the passages listed show…
Christ rewards when He returns… and He does so at the 7 th trumpet. This is the last trumpet mentioned in Scripture.
Paul directly states that Christ comes at the last trumpet… 1 Cor 15:51,52. Rapturists must then insist that Paul got it
wrong… for they now claim there are multiple “last trumpets”. At the last trumpet God’s eternal wrath of Hell occurs by
Him judging everyone according to their works. Never does the Word of God state that we are not appointed to a
temporal anger that lasts for a night. David experienced God’s temporal wrath when he sinned with Bathsheba,
however Romans 4 informs us that David made it to Heaven… therefore David was not appointed to God’s eternal wrath
of Hell as well.

11) Rev 3:10: “Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which
shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth” KJV. John Nelson Darby, the father of the rapture
doctrine, wrote his own bible, known as the Darby Bible. Both Darby, and his student Scofield, put their names on their
works… Interesting… if their names are on their bibles… whose word, is it? Darby ADDED the word “out” to show
“kept out” in Rev 3:10 in order to suggest that people are taken out of the tribulation… Where the verse shows that
people are kept from trial… Christ shows the opposite from what the rapturists attempt to claim in John 17:15, ” I pray
not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from evil. “In this passage the
rapturists remove the term “trial” and then ADD the word “tribulation”… and then tell us that we don’t have to go
through the tribulation. The fact remains that every person that has come of age in every time frame has been
confronted with an hour of trial in their lives. The passage here shows parallel to Psalm 91. Note that Rev 3:10 started
with a contingency…. a work that someone had to do for the promise to take place. if it were truly a “rapture”
passage… works wouldn’t be part of the equation… for we are saved by grace and not of works… Salvation is the only
prerequisite in order to be raptured…. Just like you cannot offer a salvation of works… you cannot offer a rapture by
works… The same is true of Luke 21:36 that offers the same conclusion…. see rebuttal #24

12) The idea that everyone is taken to Heaven for 7 years while the great tribulation occurs is directly opposite to what
the Word of God teaches. Paul states that at the resurrection of the dead… the dead come back to life and get their
terrestrial/physical bodies returned to them… 1 Cor 15;40-55, 1 Thess 4;13-18… In verse 50, he informs us that these
bodies do not go to heaven. But if you still must ADD to what Paul states here with a suggestion of a trip to Heaven for 7
years… Note how Christ modeled His return in Acts 1:9-14. We are directly told that He will return in “like manner as He
left”. He left the Mount of Olives to the sky/clouds, and then continued to Heaven. The disciples were staring into
Heaven when they were confronted and asked, “why are you staring into Heaven…”? Obviously, they were looking for
more…. to see if anything more would happen. The point is made that nothing more occurred…. If Christ returns in “like
manner”, there was no yo-yo trip back from Heaven to the Clouds/sky in order to model a rapture event. Christ will
return in “like manner as He left”…. Sure, people have joined Him… but He Himself comes in the same manner. He will
come from Heaven…. 1 Thess 4:14, Rev 19:11, to the sky/clouds with all the dead in Christ… where the ‘dead in Christ’s”
bodies resurrect from the graves… where the RISE FIRST…vs 16 and together with the living they are “caught up” to
meet Christ in the air. Christ then continues to the Mount of Olives “with all of His Saints”… Zech 14:4,5. The reason
the dead in Christ got their physical bodies back is to rule and reign with Christ for 1000 years… Rev 20:4-6.

13)The Word of God CLEARLY shows that at the Rapture…………… Fill in the blank. The lies are endless. … No Scripture
even remotely offers a rapture prior to tribulation! This response intentionally leaves out a Scripture reference,
because the fabricated NOUN “rapture” does not occur in Scripture. The Noun rapture didn’t exist prior to the 1800’s. It
was a verb coined circa 1600 to mean ‘the state of being kidnapped and raped”. Created after its sister verb “rape”
…circa 1400. Once the rapturists feel comfortable about how they brainwashed you, offering a rapture in lieu of the
Resurrection of the dead. They continue with their next step… Which is to suggest that the Word of God actually talks
about it. So much deceit…

14) Matt 24:35,36, Mark 13:31,32… Christ informs us that Heaven and Earth will pass away… and “of THAT DAY, no
man knows the day or the hour”. Why are we being told that no man knows the day or the hour of the rapture? Deceit
is the art of distracting people so a seed of deception can be planted. Christ indeed comes like a thief in the night when
the heavens are destroyed with a great noise… 2 Peter 3:10-18. However, a rapture event 7 years prior would eliminate
the element of surprise. It now creates a 7-year countdown to the event that is declared to happen, “like a thief in the
night” when the heavens are to be destroyed. These passages are used to declare by the rapturists that, “you cannot set
a date of the rapture”, because Christ doesn’t even know when it happens. The problem exists that if Christ didn’t know
about the rapture, because it was revealed by Paul… Why are they attempting to use Passages that Christ taught in
order to back up their belief?

15) The statement the rapturists offer concerning 1 Thess 4:18 is the idea that we need to comfort one another by
telling them that they don’t have to go through the tribulation. However, Paul never offers that ideal whatsoever.
When Paul states, “comfort one another with these words”… 1 Thess 4:18… the context refers to those who were
ignorant and sorrowful in verse 13 and 14. Why were they sorrowful and in need of comfort? It was because of the
teachings of the Sadducees, who taught that there was no resurrection of the dead… Acts 23:10. In Thessalonians Paul
shows the fact that there is a resurrection of the dead… the dead return with Him…. vs 14 and their physical bodies that
they left on Earth when they died are now returned to them… changed… (1 Cor 15:42-55) but nonetheless returned to
them resurrected from the dead. From this point on, Paul states that they are ‘forevermore with the Lord”…. and to

comfort one another with THESE WORDS. What words?? …. that the dead are no longer dead, but alive, and
forevermore with the Lord. Amazing… the dead are no longer dead! What an amazing concept to be comforted with…
we are with the Lord. Serious deception to suggest that we are told to comfort each other with the idea that we don’t
have to go through tribulation…. Jesus taught the opposite. John 16:33, Mark 4:18.

16) Daniel 12:1,2 ….the worst time for Israel, none like it, nor will be again…. as Joel 2, and Jer. 30,31 proclaim…
showing a parallel presentation [1] And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the
children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that
same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. [2] And
many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and
everlasting contempt.
The passage starts out with ‘at THAT time’… The word “THAT” references the preceding chapter. The preceding chapter
is so amazingly prophetic, that the atheist historians insist Daniel couldn’t have written it and insist that it was written
some time after Alexander the Great, because of the fact that Alexander the Great is prophesied in this chapter. In fact,
every person in power from the fall of Nebuchadnezzar to the Roman occupation is accurately prophesied from the first
verse of the chapter until vs. 40,41, which shows the Glorious Land in captivity by Rome… but distinctly shows that
Ammon, Edom, etc… that were just to the South, which escaped Roman occupation. Side note…. amazing story
recorded in the Maccabees that tells how Israel surrendered peacefully to Alexander the Great, allowing Israel to keep
their religion and not be assimilated like all the other conquests of Alexander the Great into Greek Mythology. The High
Priest of Israel at that time was able to show Alexander his place in prophesy outlined in Daniel 11, amongst other
things.
Another anchor point of time in this passage of Daniel 12 shows that those resurrected include both the righteous and
the unrighteous…vs.2. Those who suggest that this occurs futuristically have another serious problem: At the ‘FIRST’
resurrection (since the Book of Revelation was written) … as Rev 20:4-6 prophecies that only the righteous are
resurrected…. The ‘rest of the dead” will remain dead for 1000 years. Thus, the future resurrection of when Christ
returns is eliminated from being this same event. Those who flippantly suggest this passage in Daniel is futurist… are
ignoring what the passage directly states. Daniel 12:2 occurred … Recorded in Matt 27… when Christ went to
Sheol/Paradise while 3 days in the grave. The unrighteous were released/escorted to Hell, and the righteous to Heaven.
Matt 27:52,53. 2 Cor 5:8 shows that the dead no longer go to Sheol/Paradise, but those who are ‘in Christ” are with
Christ… who is in Heaven…. a major Change which occurred at the Cross. Sheol and paradise vs. Heaven and Hell shows
different locations and pre- vs. post ‘time of the cross’.

17) Joel 2:2…. a parallel passage showing the worst time ever for Israel: A Day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of
clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not
ever been like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
This has the same stamp as Jer. 30:7… showing the ‘worst time ever for Israel’ …” Alas! for that day is great, so that none
is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it…. To suggest that this passage if futurist and
not fulfilled, is to ignore the fact that Peter directly informs us that this passage was fulfilled in Acts 2, Although one may
suggest that the context is only about Pentecost, the fact remains that Peter includes other passages in Joel that show
the time of darkness, just seen when Christ died on the cross.

Peter declares this portion of Joel 2 as fulfilled…… Acts 2:
[16] But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; [17] And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will
pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see
visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: [18] And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those
days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: [19] And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth
beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: [20] The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood,
before that great and notable day of the Lord come: Peter directly declares that “THIS” is what Joel prophesied in verse

  1. So here we have the Word of God directly pinpointing the passage for the worst time ever for Israel, being fulfilled
during the time of the Roman Occupation.

18) Jer. 30,31 …. again, a parallel passage for the worst time ever for Israel, therefore the same as Joel 2, and Dan 12:1
In modern day churches, we hear the phrase “the time of Jacob’s Trouble”…. thrown around… all while the rest of the
two-chapter prophesy is ignored. Instead, only one verse is offered…. Jer 30:7, “Alas! for that day is great, so that none
is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.” After the ‘scholar’ flippantly references
this singular verse, they expect you to know that they are speaking about a futuristic 7-year period in the future that
they fabricated. Often, they will repeat “the time of Jacob’s Trouble” like a household term until their audience is fully
brainwashed into believing what they tell them about this passage…. However, let’s take a closer look:
Best to read the whole passage, but here are some passages within…
[11] For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered
thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure and will not leave thee altogether
unpunished.”
So here we see a ‘scattering’. A scattering to the nations is called a “diaspora”. The historical event known as the
Jewish Diaspora started around 66 AD and began to end around 1948 when Israel got her land back. During this time 12
million Jews were killed starting out with 3 million by the Romans… various inquisitions… and ending with the 6 million
killed by the Nazis. Today only 6 and a half million Jews live in Israel… Suggesting that a more “worst time ever” for
Israel is imminently futurist simply ignores history and the facts. Twice as many Jews were killed during the Jewish
Diaspora, then the entire population of Jews living in Israel today.
This worst time ever prophecy in Jeremiah continues through Jer 31:8 [7] For thus saith the LORD; Sing with gladness for
Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish ye, praise ye, and say, O LORD, save thy people, the remnant of
Israel. [8] Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them
the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together: a great company shall return
thither.
Here Israel begins to be ‘gathered”, and this passage mentions the North country. Today Israel is composed of a large
population of Russian speaking Jews, since Russia opened its doors in the 1970’s and required its Jews to leave. Four Old
Testament prophecies show that once Israel is gathered, she will never be scattered again… thus further eliminating the

ideal of a future fulfillment. Zech 14 shows us that when Christ returns. half of Jerusalem will be in captivity… not
scattered to the nations.

19) Rapturists often combine a lot of passages that talk about different events. For example, they tell us that the
abomination of desolation, mentioned in Matthew and Daniel are one in the same as the antichrist and the man of
perdition, mentioned by Paul and the Book of Revelation. Indeed Matthew and Daniel show the destruction of the 2nd
temple, where not one stone would be left upon another….Matt 24;1-3. The disciples asked Christ directly about the
destruction of the 2 nd temple…..vs.3. Christ then proceeded to “answer them saying….” (vs.4) Each one of the disciples’
three questions that were asked in verse 3 were addressed in order. The questions were, when will the destruction of
the 2nd temple be, what is the sign of your coming and what about the end of the age. Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke
21 all show that Christ answered each of these questions in order. The question about the temple is shown being
destroyed in Matt 24:15-21. The rapturists insist that Christ never answered their direct question about the 2 nd temple,
but instead they suggest that Christ spoke of a 3rd temple they conjure out of thin air. The abomination of desolation
took place in 70 AD… Ezekiel 44:7 informs us that an abomination is a person with an uncircumcised heart entering in
past the court of the gentiles. That occurred… the Roman army destroyed the temple… all that had to happen to show
fulfillment of an abomination was for one gentile to enter past the court of gentiles. The abomination of desolation is
not futuristic as the man of perdition and the antichrist are yet to be. To suggest that the abomination of Desolation is
futuristic, is to suggest that Christ never answered the disciples’ direct question about the destruction of the 2nd
temple…. vs. 4
Paul spoke of events that haven’t yet been fulfilled. 2 Thess 2 tells us about the “Temple of God”… concerning the man
of perdition. He will sit in the temple of God and declare himself to be such. The problem with offering a 3rd temple is
that the place of God is no longer a building, but the hearts of men. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit. The veil was
torn in two by the work of the Cross of Christ. To suggest now that the place of God is going to return to a building is to
bring the work of the cross into no effect. The devil also wants the temple of God that is man’s bodies, to be his place
of residence. That is known as being possessed.

20) The “glorified bodies” terminology is one that the rapturists shout rather loudly in order to drown out what Paul is
directly stating in the passage of 1 Cor 15;40-55. When people die and go to Glory they are in their glorified Celestial
body… 2 Cor 5:8,Rev 4:2, Phil 3:19,20, 1 Cor 15:40,44. Scripture indicates to us multiple times that the physical body
does not go to heaven… 1 Cor 15;50, 2 Cor 5:8, Rev 4;2 Rapturists insert this “glorified body” in 1 Cor 15 to take the
focus off of the division that Paul directly shows…. Vs 40, 44… the terrestrial, physical bodies versus the celestial,
spiritual bodies. This is so that they can argue that the physical body that just got returned to the dead in Christ is
“Glory” bound for 7 years. Celestial refers to Heaven… which is Glory. So, the dead in Christ already have ‘glorified
bodies” in Glory. We are told that when we see Him, we will be like Him…1 John 3:2. The focus of these passages is on
the dead and their physical body which has perished and become corrupted in the graves…1 Cor 15:42,52-55, Acts 2;30.
The distinction that Paul makes between bodies is from the physical and the spiritual… vs. 44. When Paul makes this
division, he shows which body he is speaking of when he states “perishable” and “mortal”…. for only the physical body is
perishable and mortal, and only the physical body can be changed from perishable to imperishable, or from mortal to
immortal. Only the physical body can rot in the grave. He tells us twice that it is the DEAD only who are changed from
perishable to imperishable bodies… vs. 42, 52,53. Paul shows the division for the living is a change from ‘mortal to
immortal”…. again, the change happens to the physical body only… the spiritual body is not mortal! This is the opposite
of what happened to Adam… who through one man’s sin, death entered into the World… Rom 5. Isaiah 65:20 defines

this mortality, by informing us that those who die afterwards at the age of 100 will be considered a mere child. Paul
states of the physical body that it does not go to Heaven…vs 50…. Paul just destroyed the rapturists ideal that the
physical bodies that just rose from the graves cannot go to heaven for 7 years. Therefore, the rapturists must CHANGE
Paul’s context to “glorified bodies” for their terminology so that they can distract us from what Paul gives context to. In
either case… the dead in Christ need a physical body to live on a physical world… Christ isn’t headed back to Glory for
another 1000 years. We know this because everyone in Christ is “forevermore with the Lord” … and they are on Earth
ruling and reigning for 1000 years. A portion of God’s people cannot remain in heaven and half on Earth… at the
resurrection of the dead… we are “Forevermore with the Lord”….1 Thess 4:18, John 14:1-3, to suggest separation of
some in Heaven and some on Earth is to suggest these passages are not true. Rapturists teach separation.

21) Titus 2:13… ” Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus
Christ;” When Scripture refers to “THAT… hope”… it is “the hope” previously referred to in the letter. In this letter to
Titus, that “hope” is the hope of eternal salvation…. which the first chapter starts out with and shows context
throughout. The fundamental tactic of deceit is to draw attention to a different location than what the original intent
is. Rapturists now deceitfully draw the focus on their event they conjured out of thin air and tell us that that hope is
“the rapture”, and His “glorious appearing” is the 2nd coming. Of course, some rapturists attempt to show the rapture
being the “glorious appearing”. Too many verses show that the “glorious appearing” is at the end…2 Tim 4:1, Rev 11:15-
18 Rapturists change “THAT blessed hope”, to “THE blessed hope”. Offering a twisting of Paul’s message… as Peter
shows in 2 Peter 3:10-18. This is a false attempt at offering support for their man-made ideal. Every argument for a
rapture is birthed out of deceit… No wonder Christ tells us concerning His return….to “take heed that no man deceive
you…”Matt 24:3,4,

22) Many rapturists love to dismiss the fact that Paul tells us that Christ comes at the last trumpet…1 Cor 15:52 and
that the last trumpet mentioned in Scripture is the 7th one found in Rev 11:15-18. If that were true, what about the
other dozen passages that tell us that Christ comes at the 7th trumpet? If you want to know when Christ comes….
simply look for when He rewards The Word of God tells us that Christ rewards everyone according to their works at the
7th trumpet… Rev 11:15-18:
Matt 16;27
For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according
to his works.
2 Tim 4:1
I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing
and his kingdom
Rev 22:12
And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
Rev. 11:15-18 —- Jesus rewards at the 7th trumpet.
[15] And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world are
become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” [16] And the four and twenty

elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, [17] Saying, We give thee thanks,
O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast
reigned. [18] And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged,
and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name,
small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
1 Cor 15:52
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised
incorruptible, and we shall be changed. Why did Paul add “at the last trump”, if it really wasn’t? He could have just
stated that a trumpet will sound as Christ declared in Matt 24:29-31. It doesn’t matter how many times Scripture shows
that He comes at the 7th trumpet… the rapturists will use the 1 Cor 15:52 “last trumpet” declaration and turn the focus
on the feast of trumpets…. and go off on ideals to turn your focus elsewhere… but by now, you are privy to their tactics.
You know that Scripture defines Scripture, and Scripture offers multiple witnesses of other passages for support… That
way we can “rightly divide” what is already written, and not be subject to man’s interpretation. Every aspect of the 7th
trumpet shows finality…Rev 11:15-18; Jesus rules and reigns forevermore, the kingdoms of this world have become the
kingdoms of our Lord…, everyone is judged according to their works… Rev 10:6-7 shows that the mysteries of God are
finished, and time is no more. The fact shows that the beast cannot make war with the saints after this time…. yet 2
chapters later we see that happening. John ate the book in Rev 10 for the purpose of prophesying again… He does
exactly that. As the 7th trumpet shows the return of Christ… so does the 7th bowl…. Christ declares just prior to the
7th bowl that He is coming “like a thief…” …Rev 16:15… He cannot come like a thief, if a rapture 7 years prior
announced His coming at this time when the heavens are destroyed with a great noise… 2 Peter 3:10.
Christ tells us that He is still coming “like a thief”, just prior to the 7th Bowl judgment…Rev 16;15 and Peter tells us that
this event happens when the heavens are destroyed… 2 Peter 3:10, and Job tells us that the resurrection of the dead
occurs when the heavens are destroyed… Job 14:12…. Paul calls the event “the resurrection of the dead’… 1 Cor 15:42-
54… and John tells us that those martyred for not taking the Mark of the Beast are resurrected at the FIRST resurrection
since the book is penned… Rev 20:4-6. One must conclude that all of these verses show that Christ comes at the 7 th
trumpet which is the 7th Bowl… as Christ Himself makes the declaration… Rev 16:15…. He can only return once…”like a
thief…” Any return afterward would no longer have the element of surprise of “like a thief…” Christ declares that he
comes “like a thief…” just prior to the 7th bowl…Rev 16:15, and every aspect of the 7th bowl shows finality.

23) If Paul revealed the “rapture” event that Christ didn’t know about, then why are the rapturists using Christ’s
declarations to attempt to support their belief? In John 14:1-3, the context shows this passage to be right after Peter is
told that he will deny Christ 3 times. In this passage Christ tells the eleven that He will go and prepare a place for
THEM… and then come again and take THEM to these dwelling places. To add support in this passage for a “rapture”
event here as “rapture proof”, one would have to ask the question of, “Why did Jesus flat out lie to the disciples?” This
message was directly to them, and the fabled rapture never occurred for them. If this passage is about the ‘rapture”…
why did the disciples who were directly told this passage of Scripture miss out on ”the rapture”?
The disciples currently reside in those dwelling places that were promised to them. Jesus came again and brought
them to heaven when they died. The passage is 100% fulfilled. In order to “rightly divide” a passage of Scripture, one
must look at who the passage is being referenced. Rapturists suggest that Jesus was instead declaring this to everyone
that when He comes again, He will take everyone to Heaven. Again, the focus of the passage is ignored so to draw the

attention to others that the passage does not declare…. just more deception of changing the focus of what the passage
states.
24) Luke 21:36, “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things…”
This passage is the popular rapture teacher Perry Stone’s #1 verse to prove a rapture event. Rapturists insist that
“escape” is equivalent to “rapture”. This question then left unanswered: “How do you say this prayer and how is that
going for you personally? If the saved get raptured, then the only way to get raptured is to be saved. “Do you do the
work of saying the sinner’s prayer repeatedly so that you are “praying always”, that you may be “counted worthy” to be
saved/raptured?” If you don’t consider salvation the only prerequisite for being raptured, how do you always pray that
you might be raptured? If this were a “rapture” proof text passage, it creates a salvation of works…. “Accounted
worthy” to be saved? This now makes this passage pointless to fulfill what Christ commands. To pray this prayer would
be a complete absence of faith…. not to mention… we are saved by grace through faith… not of works…. Eph 2:8,9. In
this passage Christ is offering a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with Him… to walk us through the hard times, just like Psalm

  1. Praying always comes with each step and turn in the path. It’s not offering a onetime only escape here. Jesus
prayed, “I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil
    one”…John 17:15.

25) I remember the exact location where I was walking to my garden next to the pond about 14 years ago when the
Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, “Daniel’s 70th week is not futuristic”. I responded that concept wouldn’t go over well.
All the mainstream views of eschatology (study of end times) use this private interpretation of Darby’s from the 1800′;s
Any suggestion that confronts the foundations of mainstream teaching is nearly impossible. I continued my discussion
with the Lord concerning Daniel’s 70th week… and told Him that if that were the case, He’d need to show me how that
came to pass. God was faithful, and the facts are very simple to understand.
Daniel’s 70th week… Dan. 9:26,27 shows that the Messiah is cut off but not for Himself. This is rather simple to
understand… This passage shows that the Messiah had to come to the cross prior to the destruction of the temple
shown in the next verse. Because of this fact the Jews are waking up. Passages like this one and Isaiah 53 are drawing
the Jews to their Messiah. Of course, as pointed out, there is a major anchor point in this passage… the temple is
destroyed, and the sacrifices and offerings end. History shows that the temple in Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 AD, and
as a result the sacrifices and offerings ended. The rest of history shows us the complete fulfillment of this passage. The
passage tells us that a prince to come will confirm a covenant with many for 7 years and in the middle of those 7 years
the temple will be destroyed. Titus did indeed confirm, with the Roman Senate, the covenant that the High Priest of
Israel made with Alexander the Great. After Alexander died, this covenant was kept through the Hellenists’ rule, into the
time of the Romans. Titus’s father, Vespasian, became ruler of Rome at this time…. Titus was the prince prophesied by
Daniel in this prophecy. History shows fulfillment… fulfillment of history requires no interpretation.
John Nelson Darby ignored history, and instead conjured up his singular interpretation…. 2 Peter 1:20… suggesting a
futuristic 7-year tribulation, and rebuilt 3rd temple. He then suggests that the temple is then destroyed again, and an
antichrist that MAKES (rather than confirms) a peace treaty for 7 years. No Scripture confirms such speculation. In fact,
the 2-chapter prophecy of the time of Jacob’s Trouble shows the duration of the tribulation to be substantially longer as
well as a different timeframe than what the rapturists pretend. See arguments 16-19. All of Darby’s interpretations of
Daniel occurred prior to the time of the Pony Express. Horseback was the fastest mode of transportation when Daniel
sealed up the book…. 12:4. Daniel sealed up the book until the time of the end when there would be mass
transportation and the internet. With this also in mind, it’s important to understand that Aristotle (300+ BC) also shows
foundational interpretations of their view… suggesting that ‘Times, time and half a time” is 3.5 years. The fundamental

core of dispensationalism and the rapture idea shows the foundations established prior to the book of Daniel being
unsealed. Yet this
